Dr. Tania Samanta is a physician in the Department of Pediatrics at Humber River Health. She trained at the University of Toronto and completed her residency in Pediatrics and a fellowship in Respiratory Medicine at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. She is a lecturer in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Toronto and a member of the National Asthma Steering Committee with the Canadian Thoracic Society. Her clinical practice is centred on the diagnosis and management of respiratory conditions in children. Her clinical interests include severe asthma, patient advocacy and the role of patient education in improving respiratory care.
