Early Intervention in Psychosis Program

This specialized service provides consultation and comprehensive assessments for individuals aged 14 – 35 who are suffering from psychosis. We deliver individual- and group-based therapies for both patients and their families.

The interdisciplinary team will assist in establishing both short and long term goals for both the individual and family. Treatment is provided to meet the patient’s and family needs. This program is delivered in partnership with the Canadian Mental Health Association, and the Schizophrenia Society of Ontario.

How to access the program:

Referral by a physician is required, and can be faxed to our central intake at 416-242-1024 after which an appointment will be scheduled.

Located on the 5th floor, use the East or West Outpatient elevators.
