Diabetes Care Clinic

The Diabetes Education team can help you and your family understand diabetes and learn how to control and manage the disease. You’ll be shown how to test your blood sugar levels, administer insulin, take pills, make healthy food choices and build regular exercise into your lifestyle. If you are living with diabetes, education is an important part of helping to manage your condition. Patients are supported individually and/or within group sessions. As diabetes management is an ongoing process, regular follow-up care is vital.
